O que é que os alunos da UBI presentes no Arquitectura.pt têm a dizer sobre o assunto? :)

Espero que atinjas os teus principais objectivos relativamente ao ingresso na Lusiada ou Lusófona. Está patente uma exposição de trabalhos da Lusíada no Centro Cultural de Cascais - termina dia 4 de Março. :)

Bem...mas que fome... Acho que amanha vou aos Pasteis de Belém só para fazer pirraça à malta... :)

Em declarações à SIC Notícias, o reitor da instituição, Luís Arouca, afirmou que em causa estão suspeitas quanto à gestão de dinheiros da UNI. O anúncio da reitoria de que as aulas estão suspensas, apanhou de surpresa professores e alunos da instituição que funciona há 14 anos, em Lisboa. Em causa está: * um passivo de oito milhões de euros; * e, o eventual envolvimento de Rui Verde em actividades suspeitas. O alegado "escândalo judicial" implica: * branqueamento de capitais; * tráfico de diamantes; * tráfico de influências; * e, favorecimentos pessoais. "É um golpe de força" Por sua vez, Rui Verde, em entrevista na SIC Notícias, sustentou que se trata de "um golpe de força para tomar o poder". A UNI demitiu 25 professores – e, já escolheu uma nova direcção, e vice-reitores. Fonte: SIC.pt

Comunicado do Reitor da Universidade Independente Estimados alunos, Estamos em tempos de mudança. Conforme decerto tiveram oportunidade de verificar, a nossa Universidade encontra-se num processo de transição, que, por razões de força maior, foi necessário impulsionar a meio do presente ano lectivo. Estamos certos de que tais medidas levarão a UnI a alcançar o prestigio que em tempos teve. Podemos orgulhar-nos de afirmar que a Universidade Independente possui um passado muito dignificante e terá um futuro igualmente promissor. No decurso da presente semana os novos corpos dirigentes encontram-se reunidos no sentido de tornar este processo o mais rápido e eficiente possível, sendo por este motivo inviável o decurso normal das aulas das licenciaturas, pós-graduações e mestrados, no entanto podemos garantir que as referidas aulas reiniciar-se-ão já na próxima segunda-feira, dia 5 de Março. Desde já agradecemos a vossa compreensão e paciência assegurando o nosso empenho em, acima de tudo, proteger os nossos alunos e a nossa Universidade. Creio que o 5º ano de Arquitectura do ISCTE está a desenvolver projectos com esse intuito. :)

Estava aqui a ver uma coisa e de repente lembrei-me: "Ah, onde é que está a guarda (corrimão) da escada?" Creio que também consta num DL do RGEU ou no Regulamento de Segurança contra Incendios... É que aquele espaço no nível superior também não tem guarda de protecção... :)

Não entendo o anúncio antecipado por parte da Porto Vivo...

Foi um acto de desespero no eminencia do resultado de revisão de prova...

Quantas vezes nos lembramos de ouvir estes vocábulos? Quantas vezes ouvimos o professor de projecto dizer que tinhamos que ir visitar o sítio? Ou o local? Ou o lugar? Algumas definições promíscuas dos três termos: Sítio - do Lat. situ; lugar ou espaço ocupado por um objecto; Lugar - do Lat. locale; espaço ocupado; Local - do Lat. locale; lugar, sítio ou ponto referido a um facto; Segundo a Wikipédia: Um sítio é todo e qualquer lugar ocupado por um determinado corpo. Portanto, lato sensu, a palavra sítio é um sinônimo de local ou lugar. Afinal, qual a diferença entre estas definições que tantas vezes utilizamos na nossa actividade? O que é que cada um de vós entende por Sítio, Lugar e Local? E já agora, Ver, Olhar e Observar? :)

A famosa Van Nelle Frabriek... Mas apesar disso, existem fortes restrições na ocupação da fábrica...todos os espaços são obrigados a cumprir um pouco o conceito de "a caixa dentro da caixa", lidando de forma sensivel com o património... Algumas fotos da fábrica: :)

Plasticina é um material moldável, tendo sua utilização muito apreciada na confecção de personagens e cenários de animações, mais conhecidos como "desenhos de massinha".como o desenho "wallace e gromitt,a batalha dos vegetais" e a "fuga das galinhas". :)

Stockholm Public Library Competition The Book Hill 0823 This project attempts to achieve two main objectives—to make the ridge accessible and to replace the impractical annexes with a well-functioning, continuously built-up library component. The aim of the project is not to create a new classical urban space. The meandering roof landscape/urban floor is a townscape that links the traditional street space to the park and can guide people up onto the ridge. The library is omnipresent during the walk up the slope, which reinforces its expression as a public library and provides excellent potential for keeping parts of the library open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The architects say that this roof landscape will be further articulated and more functions added to it later on in the process. The building is an object in its own right and does not therefore compete with the Asplund building or with other projects in the vicinity. The project is still rather conceptual and greater complexity needs to be added. As the project is developed further, the docking feature to the Asplund building should be designed with great care. The building consists of several overlapping concepts—including the terraced, meandering book/media walkway, the public spaces by the facades, the short-cuts through the library and the supporting functions along the back edge. All the components are well defined and positioned and designed so that it will be easy for visitors to find their way around. The open terraced public space will create an overview and a feeling of togetherness whilst at the same time parts of the space can be made intimate and secluded. This is not the first library design with ramped floors and there are disadvantages of which the author needs to be aware when developing the proposal further. The terracing creates opportunities for views and for providing much of the library with natural daylight but the lighting in the inner parts of the library needs further study. Stockholm Public Library Competition Blanket 0329 This proposal is based on a man-made ending of Stockholmsåsen in which the library is located. Without trying to imitate the landscape, it makes its own interpretation of the hillside, which respects the hillside’s shape and height by creating entirely new urban facades. This gives the ridge greater precision and presence in relation to the street. The proposal subordinates itself to the Asplund building and is in many ways an urban hybrid between landscape and building which is easily recognisable with a character all of its own without any known predecessors. The open space between the different parts of the library picks up the diagonal of Odenplan and Karlbergsvägen and leads to new entrances both to the new extension and to the Asplund building. The space is well proportioned and is an entrance area and not a new square. The urban qualities of the project are not spectacular, but on the contrary modest and intimate and they allow the Asplund building to stand out as its own solitary building. The building is intelligently concluded with a high-rise component towards Gyldéngatan. The actual expression of the project with its small light shafts and concrete facades should be developed both to make the building more welcoming and lighter—this should be achievable without endangering the idea of the project. The large inner terraced room is very beautiful with its leaning pillars and varying shape, into which the light filters through skylights. The fact that the building is sunken reinforces not just the design of the room but also illustrates the architects’ awareness of the importance of restricting the scale of the building. The terraced interior is based on well-known library principles that give a feeling of overview and togetherness, whilst at the same time more intimate spaces can be created within it. É preciso ter alguma capacidade financeira para alugar um espaço para trabalhar. Tal como o Dreamer disse, actualmente não se justifica... Eu tenho uma divisão da casa por conta da Arquitectura... :)

A faculdade Lusíada não te atribui os ECTS respectivos a cada cadeira? Se assim for, é uma questão de saberes se a ESAP deduz esses ECTS nos 60 ECTS necessários a realizar em cada ano.
