The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the master design schedule and associated financial and resource requirements within the Design Division in Kuwait. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: Preparing monthly project reports encompassing technical, operational, contractual and commercial issues. Working closely with senior management to determine staffing projections for all discipline and studio requirements. Preparing and maintaining Master Design Schedule, including assisting Project Managers with any preparations or changes as required. Maintaining and actioning sub records of sub-consultants and client agreements as required. Ensuring the accuracy of financial reports on a monthly basis and overseeing general administrative timeliness. Qualification: B.Arch Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. Membership of a professional Architectural Association such as RIBA or AIA is preferred. Previous experience gained within a Consultancy environment would be beneficial.
