Medeu Village and Ski Resort is being developed by international property developer Capital Partners and, with HOK’s imaginative and sustainable design, is destined to become a premier ski destination with the Asian Games due to be held in 2011 in Almaty, Kazakhstan’s largest city. Up to 10,000 people per day will potentially visit Medeu to enjoy skiing, skating and the national park. It is located at 5,200 ft (1600m) in the Tien Shan mountain range, 30km south of Almaty.Fonte: WorldArchitectureNews Quote
Quote
