a vereadora diz que o projecto roubava o céu ao povo da almada e tambem que era muito mais alto do que o portico da lisnave,então são razãos de *****,e o projecto era bom porque poderia trazer trabalho para a margem sul e tambem podia fazer com que as pessoas que venham trabalhar para lisboa vai trabalhar la (uma pequena parte)então fazia menos engarrafamentos,e depois partenciaria (provavelemente) à Lisboa e seria um bom ponto para Lisboa.

e tambem teve um bom projecto de arranha-céus em Lisboa que foi o Manhattan de cacilhas mas esses morcãos recusaram por razão de ***** que não valia nada.

O problema é que tem 50% para guardar a portela e 50% para destruir a portela então vai ser muito difficile de fazer alguma coisa,porque se destroem a portel avai manifestaçãos e se guardam a Portela vai tambem ter manifestação,mas diz-me tu crias ter arranha-céus na Portela ou tu nâo crias ter arranha-céus na Portela.

Ok tens razão,desculpa mas eu sou fanatico de arranha-céus,e em todos os pays tem um e em portugal não tem,mas pode ser que com a Portela em Lisboa se ela for vazia,claro,Lisboa poderia ter um espaço unico para arranha-céus,era um terreno vazio sem destruçcãos nem nada era so preparar o terreno e construir.mas se for é so a partir de 2017.:)

e dou-te exemplos de capitais économica:New York,Madrid,Paris,London,Frankfurt,Milano(estão a construir),Moscow,Istanbul ect... Então eu acho que Lisboa ou qualquer cidade de Portugal merece ter arranha-céus.

Nunca,portugal sera sempre um pais grande não sera sò Lisboa porque eu venho de perto do Porto,mas lisboa é a capital e ao o que eu saiba tambem é a capital économica de Portugal e as capitais économica tem quas sempre um arranha-céus e Lisboa merece

Arranha-céus agora é a arte do XXI séc.e agora som acuase tudos muitos bonitos e em Lisboa pode se justificar,tinham de fazer uma zona de arranha-céus para ser um verdadeiro CBD(Central Business District) em Lisboa com tudo do genero la défense e assim as impresasas importantas e Bancos Seguros ect... vinham para a capital com as suas sede aumentaria a économia de Lisboa e de Portugal seria o polo économico ibérico a frente de Madrid
