The project proposes an urban structure based on the design of the building and the public exterior spaces around it. Its execution is materialized in a set of interventions consisting on the use of vegetable and mineral elements constructing spaces that mix natural and artificial elements. The program is organized in a nucleus that structure a big covered square, marked for its relation with the exterior, establishing in each one of its facades a particular relation with the involving area.
