[image: Malibu's Castle Kashan; images found via Luxist]. Known to itself unironically as "the only castle in Malibu," Castle Kashan was described this morning by the L.A. Times as the "fairy-tale-like structure that stood for 30 years atop a Malibu hill, recognizable from below by its turrets and round towers." It was "filled with paintings and Elvis Presley memorabilia." Amongst the home's other prized collectibles, firefighters were able to save "a snapshot of a woman shaking hands with President Lyndon B. Johnson." http-~~-//farm3.static.flickr.com/2379/1691820236_8a66640cfe_o.jpg [image: The torched remains of a dream... Photo by J. Emilio Flores, via the Denver Post]. Turned to ash, alas, the castle now hovers invisibly over the Santa Monica Mountain range... If you believe strongly enough, you'll still see it. (Thanks, David G.!) Ler artigo...
