Joe Frank's people have posted a podcast of Joe's 1996 show on the homeless in LA. It's an incredible voice, sound and music montage of human life in the city. Via iTunes or joefrank.com/cast/. JF has long had a cult following for his sweeping and absurd audio performances. A few are available for free on iTunes.
