Junior Architectural Designers
1-3 years experience with MARCH or accredited BARCH degree. Must have graphic presentation experience and an exceptional drawing hand with the ability to model physically and digitally. Full knowledge of Photoshop and MS Office required, modeling with autoCAD and SketchUp a plus.

Intermediate Architectural Designer
3-8 years of experience with MARCH or accredited BARCH degree. Must have graphic presentation experience and exceptional drawing hand. Posses a dynamic technical skill set, and the ability to take design ideas and document them for construction. An effective communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. Must be in pursuit of architectural registration. AutoCAD, Sketch –Up, Photoshop, Page Maker, Illustrator, Front Page, 3D Studio and MS Office required.

Senior Architectural Designer
A minimum of 8 years experience in large commercial, residential, hotel and mixed-use projects required. Must have full knowledge of the architectural process from concept through construction administration. Possess exceptional drawing, graphic and strong public presentation skills. Demonstrated success in meeting project/construction budget and schedule requirements. Must be adept at managing multiple teams simultaneously. Registered architect preferred.
