This is ONLY a building with very nice interior architecture. The people that live there are faced with conception problems that are impossible to imagine in our days. I lived there for a few weeks and despite the fact that inside the houses is nice you have some "conceptual building problems" that transform your stay in a nightmare... You cannot use the garage without breaking your car because the conception of the access is so bad that the inclination of the access is much more than the normal one. You must try to see if your car can or cannot go in/out the garage. Funny no? The machine that is supposed to give a prime to this building is a nightmare! It’s supposed to managed the acclimatization but it's so noisy that in the apartments that are in the garden area it's impossible to sleep! Also the dispatch of the cost of this machine by all the apartments (and the costs themselves) is something that no one understands until now! And often the elevators don't work, someone said that was because the machine of the elevator was built above the level of the river.. garage lights are random... you can have them or not.. the electrical system is been looked up by the owners because it's a very delicate situation. The interior architecture is nice but the conception of the building is not good at all... I can tell you, I lived there during my stay in Lisbon. So please if you want to advertise this building tell the truth and not only what the catalogue shows!
