Márcio Ferreira Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 Project Coordinator / Architect / Interior Designer / New York / Dubai Medium sized NY based architectural company seeking a talented and organized individual with great focus and energy to work on prestigious interiors project in Dubai. Project is fast track, team based and the goal is to transcend expectations. Responsibilities include coordination between all the various consultants, strategic thinking of how to improve process to obtain single objective. Must be able to work with moving deadlines but stay focused and provide unity / stability to the various team components. Project duration: 3 years (one year intensive in NYC and traveling to Dubai) + 2 years with some involvement in Contract Administration phase. Applicant must have exceptional and relevant architectural experience, be able to travel at short notice, and be a great team player.
