It helps along to repair and restore a confusing urban planning collision between historical urban parts and ruthless urban interventions of the sixties. The given triangular building area leads to unusual and surprising floor plans and to a spatially very thrilling staircase hall, enhanced by natural light infiltrating into the middle of the building. The outer concrete walls are slightly painted yellow, outside and inside. Artificial light is dominantly lighting up walls, which play the role of reflectors. The ground floor hosts a café, the first floor is a multipurpose space for cultural activities, connected to the neighbouring theatre / cinema and bar. Two office floors and a roof flat follow.Fonte: WorldArchitectureNews Quote
