The 6-storey edifice has a gross surface area of approx. 41,000 sq. m. and marks the front outer edge of the new quarter. The ATMOS building has been conceived as a flexible structure that can accommodate possible special usages on the ground floor, and which can be leased as several small or as one large unit. With its atrium the building, which faces Arnulfstrasse, serves as the main entrance hall. The two interior courtyards feature groups of trees, all-year greenery, expanses of water and gravel beds.
