Achei um pouco estranho...não há localização, implantação, envolvente? Podería ser em qualquer lado...até mesmo para Câmara Municipal de Cascais, Coimbra, Covilhã...etc... Abraços :)

Este foi um concurso em parceria com a Universidade da Beira Interior proposto por a Camara municipal da Covilhã (CMC). O curso de arquitectura inda é bastante recente, 4 anos apenas. eu estou no 3º somos pioneiros nisto. :) Quanto aos dados que faltam, cedo os colocarei aqui.. até breve:)
