The House of the Tractor is a small agricultural warehouse built from a regular armed concrete witch walls have been made by grey cement brick. The lower level is totally open towards the street helping the agricultural material storage, being the mezzanine used for keeping the harvests.

To enable the natural ventilation of the space the south wall it’s made with massive adobe brick, set in a non-compact way, to allow the existence of small sun rectangles that provides a singular interior sun light exposure.

The house doesn’t have any kind of finishing treatment.
