Necessito de informação acerca de unidades de saúde (cuidados continuados) e lares de idosos. Pretendo principalmente alguns exemplos de intervenções nesta matéria e funcionalidade nas instalações sanitárias (a nível de tratamentos e mobilidade condicionada). Obrigada.
