Arq.to
V8 HotelBöblingen, Alemanha Um tópico mais de interiores do que arquitectura. Tratas-se do Hotel V8 dedicado ao automóvel. Infelizmente não consegui encontrar mais informação sobre o arquitecto ou designer de interiores.Stuttgart and its surroundings are without doubt greatly influenced by the automotive industry. Now Böblingen and neighbouring Sindelfingen can look forward to yet another automotive attraction: The “Meilenwerk”, a forum promoting “driving culture”, will open its doors as of September 2009. There in an area of over 20.000m² you can marvel at beautiful old-timers, sporty young-timers, exclusive motorcars and special rarities. The Meilenwerk - a magnet for automotive clubs and a pearl for individualists who expect something more than just an exhibition. Besides shops revolving around the motorcar, an exclusive theme restaurant and an event hall, the V8 Hotel invites you to stay for an unforgettable weekend enjoying your own particular favourites. CoARQ
I think it could be simpler if the design of each room was only inspired by certain car themes or epoches instead of creating a whole ambient like it was disneyland. The result could have been better and we now would be talking about architecture instead of scennary.
Argos
you can be right coarq but this looks like it was designed for a very peculiar sort of costumer, and the sole purpose of environment could not reach most of the costumers ambitions, it's still a nice job, "disneylanding" "speaking"
